Well from what I saw it is a blessing, so there is a very good chance you could earn it and cast it on yourself.

I don't know why they didn't have it in Oblivion. It was great in bloodmoon.

Milk builds strong bones they say. I'm so curious how the game and radiant story will handle your actions, like if you master a faction will it have any impact on other factions or be like Oblivion, if you become a vampire what does it mean for the other blessings.
