Yup :D You need to wear the Amulet of Mara. Speak with Maramal about the Cult of Mara - you can find him at the Bee and Barb in Riften or at the Temple of Mara and you can buy the amulet from him for 200 gold or you can find it in a couple of other places, I believe. Wear the amulet and chat to someone who has expressed an interest in you and new dialogue options should appear. Propose, speak to Maramal again and arrange the wedding which takes place within 24 hours so best just to wait in the temple so you don't stand up your spouse. Say "I do" and job done :)

Not tried it meself because no one will marry me :( but if I can finally get some silly cow to agree, then I'll see what happens.

Anyone know exactly how to force Dragons down onto the ground? I've gotten attacked in towns on multiple occasions but I can't do anything because the damn thing doesn't land on the ground but perches itself on the buildings. Far outside of my melee range...

If you can get it to hover spark can do it, otherwise bows are the best offense against them, which I like because I never use bowmen because it's a needless skill in most games but with dragons I find it entertaining and rewarding to level it up.

Does anyone know how to posistion items? In Oblivion I loved to deck out Rosethorn hall with all its display cases, but in Skyrim the loot responds were you drop it, I have collected so many trinkets to decorate my house but I can't ;(

I have found that a Dragon Shout like Unrelenting Force is pretty good at battering them from a distance - it costs you no arrows too and has a wide-ish range. Does a lot of damage in one go at the early stages. I've only killed 3 dragons so far and they have all landed at some point, usually when they are almost done with. Then I get in up close and use either a frost enchanted item or fire, depending on what the dragon uses in its attacks. Very satisfying to be right up in a dragon's face and delivering a finishing move in slow-mo :D

I can never get the finishing move on a Dragon, they always use the finishing move on me instead and rip me to shreds.

Bows? Magic?

Those things are for tiny baby man.

I run in bare-chested and rip them apart with dual axes.... when and if they decide to land!

Don't forget I'm playing on Novice level rather than the Adept default setting ;) I tend to die courtesy of giants, falling down waterfalls or those snow trolls. Met an Ice Wraith yesterday which was REALLY hard to see in the glaring sunlight on an ice-capped mountain...

Another thing about marriage - only certain NPC's, if this wikia is to be trusted, can be approached for a lifetime offer of making you sammiches or putting up your shelves - check out Skyrim Wiki for the lists of males and females but also more info on getting married other than what I've already posted.

Don't feel bad Angel; Giants are supposed to be extremely difficult. As are Snow Trolls for some reason... whilst regular Trolls are easy, dem dere Snow Trolls are tough as hell.

Hmm, has anyone found out how to get married in the game yet?

How to get married in Skyrim.

I managed to sneak around 2 giants on the way to The Greybeards and then got jumped by 2 Snow Trolls for my troubles. Managed to fend them off but they seem to regenerate health, so I lead them to that person meditating on the cliff and left her to it and ran off.

That lady meditating is hardcore.

I was getting attacked by a dragon at her spot, and when it landed she charged at it.

Nords are awesome.

So I stumbled across this guy talking about this Dragon Priest and this badass mask, so naturally I went inside...

bad move. I'm level 22 and this guy is wiping the floor with me. But I hear the masks you get from them are awesome so hopefully it'll pay off.

Mm, I'm only level 19 still on Adept difficulty. I've died at least 30 times now (yeah, go ahead and laugh), but some of these enemies are absolutely brutal and especially when you wander off into areas away from the main questline.

What bothers me is that there is no way to tell how hard an enemy is; until you lie dead on the ground. For example Snow Trolls are amongst the hardest enemies I've faced thus far, but regular Trolls are a piece of cake.

Saber Cats are my bitches; Snow Saber Cats make me their bitch.

It's my one gripe with the melee combat: enemies are simply more agile and just dance around me whilst I swing my axe clumsily in the place where they were standing up until a second ago. Trying to hit a Skeever when it's by your feet is impossible - you have to try and backtrack enough to aim right. It doesn't feel improved at all from Oblivion, imo.

"Dear Radiant Story,

I suck at all video games, be it Cooking Mama or Ninja Gaiden. Please adapt my Skyrim experience accordingly.

Much love,
The smexy Argonian with no skill whatsoever."

Oh yeah - why on earth, if they can breathe underwater, do Argonians come up gasping for air??

Whats the toughest thing you have came across so far? I havent tried to tackle the giants and normally tactfully manoeuvre around them.

I've avoided the giants as well, though I did slay a wandering mammoth when I saw the opportunity.

Toughest things I've come across so far is one of those undead sorcerers that pop out of coffins and start blasting you with apprentice level destruction & conjuration spells.

Aside from them, falmers are an absolute pain to deal with. Their warrior class are easily dealt with, but their battle-mage class outshines them with their "in your face" approach. When they gather in large numbers and are accompanied by those little insect thingies that spit acid at you... it's all over. :'(

I lost my hired bodyguard to one of those falmers.

Besides Giants(are they even beatable or are they programmed to insta-gib anyone?!), I'd have to say Falmers.

The Snow Trolls are tough and fast, they take a lot of damage to take down and seem to recover too. Saber Cats are pretty tough when they surprise you and can pack a punch too, killed a fair few of them but they just seem to jump you mid-trek halfway up a mountain.

Oh yeah - why on earth, if they can breathe underwater, do Argonians come up gasping for air??

I thought the very same thing.

They look tough (from what ive seen on the loading screens) havent came across any yet though. How tough are the Ice Wraiths?

They're not that tough to be honest, I've killed a group with little trouble. However, there is another enemy out there that behaves the same as them and are a serious pain to deal with. They're called Magic Anomalies if I remember correctly and they're damn annoying as well at times.. (like.. Cliffracer annoying). Took me an hour to wipe a group of 10 of them out on Adept, they move quick and blocking their attacks hardly does anything.
