So, I wanna Marry Elise. Shes obviously the most suitable character to marry, but im having some problems. I did the quest where you kiss her and tell her to leave lazlo, and I read on that in three days you'll get a quest. So after I kissed her I continued on with the main quest storyline and such, and was sent to Aurora, the desert island. Got past that part and did the big battle and became king. Now-I beleive its been 2-3 days, not sure but. I read somewhere that the big battle could affect her, and would "Kill her". Am I going to have a chance to do the quest with her, or no.

Someone told me that the quest to marry Elise will expire if you become King, but I've never experienced it before. I've always gotten her before I became King.
However, the quest will not naturally appear on your quest list for some reason, so I would suggest that you check around Bowerstone Industrial on your map and search for her manually. She should be in front of the Orphanage to finish the quest. If she's not there, then maybe the theory is true about the being King problem.
As for your next question, the big battle would only affect her if you had her live in Bowerstone Market at the time of the big battle due to a glitch. However, if you simply move her somewhere else like Bowerstone Castle, she'll be fine.

i play as a girl. i beat the game and THEN married eliot.. I had the same problem.. I could even see the quest on the top of my screen but NOT on the quest list.. what i did to get it? go to your map on bowerstone industrial area.. zoom in and make a full curcle till you find the "!" from eliot/elise.. to me it was infront of the orphanage (funny as i never knew where the orphanage was till then) but for some people was in front of the house of the spouse they were previously married (can't remember the name) or where you last left them.. give it a try 
(i had to do that on my second playthrough as i had killed them on the start of my 1st one and i was unable to get married.. still no clue why and since i didn't wanna adopt (even thogh i did it on the second playthrough) just to open a demon door..)
