Well the butler does make some comments on it but otherwise people seem more concerned with running in fear, because you did evil things or stuff like that. Though they will call you ugly for eating fatty food even if your not into the heavy end of appearance.

I agree that its disappointing we never had a chance to face off against Reaver in a hero battle, but I could have dealt with not killing him at the end of the confrontation.
