Not after you've finished with it. You either get the thing while you're on the quest, or you never get it. The only way to get it is to start over. As I was rather vexed to find out.- Octarin

I am almost done with Northern Wastes, I have completed almost all achievements, except the one with the silver keys. I have 29/30 silver keys and there is absolutely no way whatsoever I can get the 30th, because it's at the dig site on the Cliffside Path on the way to Bargate Prison, to which...- Octarin
