I have a good and evil character and have tried this with my evil character but it seems like the guards dont wanna fight me and they just tell me to leave without ever bothering me. Even if I kill them its like there scared of me. Dont wanna ruin my good character while trying to get this achievement so. Can someone please help me and tell me how to get this one? Thanks

If you're king/queen the guards stop charging you as everything you do is seen to be just. The way I got around it was going into a friends world and committing crimes, I guess they don't take too kindly to guests making a rumpus.

well what if I take my character into another game and both of us are king? would it matter then?

The King of that world won't receive a bounty, but the guest always does whether they're king or not. I went into my friends worlds as King and that's how I got my achievement.
