2 Dogs??

I think i may have glitched big time as i now have 2 dogs!!!
A friend joined my game, and i got a bit freaked out wen all the NPCs stood like statues with huge sticks coming outta the top of their heads!!

I kicked him from game and at next save point/ load screen 2 dogs appeared??

also game keeps crashing randomly, last crash was during a save and now game won't load at all!!

Do i have to start again??

Well those sound like pretty horrific glitches, I would restart the game and hope for the best.
