2008 Movies

Well, there are quite a few good movies coming out in 2008.
Most anticipated by me is, of course...
Dark Knight
Also:
Narnia-Prince Caspian
10,000 BC (time line is so out of whack but it looks awesome)
Iron Man
Jumper
The Eye
And a ton of others (I just can't remember them all ^^;...)

What is everyone planning on seeing? And what have you seen already? Like Cloverfield, which was way better then I thought it would be.

Cloverfield was good?.. I'm dieing to see it.. xD But I can't.. I haven't really seen anything... But I want to see the Jumper movie.. That looks awesome. It's like teleportation.. xDD can't really think of any others.. You should be asking about games.. Then again.. Everyone would just say Fable 2

OH! I totally forgot about Rambo.. Man.. I can't believe he is still making movies.. xD



Meh.. I never was really into the Batman movies.. All I know is the new Joker is out of this world.

Oh, yes, Cloverfield was pretty good. Like I said, better than I thought it would be. The previews were pretty........ well, they didn't serve their purpose. A trailer is supposed to sell a movie and Cloverfield's trailers didn't do that for me. But I went anyway and was pleasantly surprised. I wouldn't recommend it if you get motion sickness, though. It's hard to focus as it's from the perspective of a constantly moving camera.

There are a ton of games I'm looking forward to as well. But I get distracted easily, so that may be best saved for a separate thread.......... Or not, you guys do whatever you want. ^^

Batman is the Best super hero ever...... hands down. So I can't wait for Dark Knight.

im looking forward to dark knight, i think its been filmed here but im not sure.

also jumper, that movie looks bada**!!!! i cant wait till it comes out

iron man as well, after all hes a legendary super hero, so it MUST be good

I liked Btaman.. i just wasn't really into his movies..



And I thought Cloverfield's previews did an excellent job.. But everyone ha stheir own opinion..

Same here.. So many games.. So little will to type all that.. xD

Exactly! No powers, just awesomeness! And the older movies were great, but these newer ones have a more..... dark and realistic.... look and feel to them. I mean, if you had no clue who Batman was, you still could have guessed it was a comic book from the older movies. The newer ones not so much.....

Cloverfield isn't necessarily a "must see in theaters" in my opinion. In fact a smaller screen may be easier on some peoples stomachs. I had no problems, but some of my friends actually got physically ill in the theater.

Now.. who's your favorite villian?

Joker! How can it get any better? Of course I may be biased. I like clowns and jokers..... But seriously..... the Joker is the ****. No joke.... ^^

Yeah i heard that about Cloverfield.. It made people sick.. I think it would be more lively on the big screen though..

I saw Cloverfield and it was better than i expected too, camera is weird to get used to at first but after that its really nicely done. Want to see Rambo because... well its Rambo and boasts a huge deathcount :lol:. Also want to see the Dark Knight to see if the Batman movies have redeemed themselves.
