29 keys one is missing?

ive been sitting down for 6 hours trying too find the #30 key but it says i have all the keys already, I cant even open the 30 key silver chest and this is not the first time its happened to me ither and i really dont feal like starting over again because ive beaten the game with no scars and age of 19 and i dont feal like spending another 18 hours doing it again so if anyone could help me out here that would be very nice. i have this game for xbox

Sure you havent missed one? You followed the guide to all the places that they should be?

i have the guide in my hands i ashure you i have been to every spot at least 10-15 times over and over again i cant find it, i think whats happening is the game is not registering one of the keys that i collect is it possible to sell one of the keys because i may have done that

i think ill try to get the evil wizard hat maby itll give me a key back in 5

You cant sell the keys no, maybe it was a glitch.
