you can do anything you want really... go kill people, max out your skills, kick chickens, marry everyone in town, buy all the property, etc...

If you haven't already done so, why not try and complete all the little side-quests available?

2.Donate good/evil books in the bowerstone school for a good/evil hat
3.Buy and sell augumentations
4.Take ,,Skorm's bow'' by giving people(followers) in skorm's temple.
5.Take the sword of king Arthur by maxing your strenght points.It's in Avo's
Temple wich is in WitchWood.

Hehehe...Endless possibilities. Marry everyone in town, and then march and army of bandits into your house. If you're fully evil, then you can get all the bandits to follow you from the bandit camp. Watch the coming slaughter.
