A DrunkHero's guide to honest money-making.

Ever thought Lionhead actually will ban cheaters? Sober to smashed from the despressing thought of the fact that everyone can get away with cheating (at the moment) to get FairFax Castle? Well, I may be not the first for this discovery, but I would like to share it with you, with my guide to making a quick million for that castle of yours(This can be useful if you are tight on cash).

Ok, first off you buy a few houses (if you have the money, buy about 10, I had enough to buy most of the bowerstone houses), then, this is the down-side if you want to be a good hero, unfortunately you will have to go corrupt and set the rent high. This is only temporary, as it may take up to a couple of hours, though. After saving your cash up to about 500k (give or take) Sell all of the houses, but before that set your rent on the houses to 0% (if you want to be pure/neutral, of course), then this will leave you with about 800k(when I did it I got from about 500k to about 968k or something like that), then just do some jobs, etc etc to make the last amount of gold. This shouldn't happen, though, as you can make a bit of money with selling the houses.

Thank you for reading this guide (this can work if you want to stay away from cheating or whatever, but please don't yack at me, I don't like it :( But apart from that I hope you found this guide useful )

Re: A DrunkHero's guide to honest money-making.

I think that is more a use of common sense than a guide. It' really just points out the basic way to make money...Real estate...

Re: A DrunkHero's guide to honest money-making.

I think it's a good guide, however most people would just do the money glitch as it's easier and brings in more bread.

Re: A DrunkHero's guide to honest money-making.

Yea dont want to burst you bubble but i can make 60 mil in a hour where it takes you a few hours to get your 1 mil
(i dont though :) i dont use the glitch)

For 60 Mill you do glitch.

The highest amount of income you can receive with a top economy is far to low to bring in 60 mill and hour.

Re: A DrunkHero's guide to honest money-making.

I know i am talking about if i used the glitch i would bring in 60 a hour.

Re: A DrunkHero's guide to honest money-making.

I could get 60mill per hour just from trading.

Re: A DrunkHero's guide to honest money-making.

Well yea but i dont trade with people every day or almost every week lol

The money glitch is quite simple and gets you a hefty sum of gold when you do it:
First go offline, then go to the system settings, then go to the clock settings(then go to date and time)change the date by one year and one year only(because if you go any higher it'll glitch or if you're lucky and stupid enough to risk it you could get loads more money or infinite money, but it's too damn risky!)then start up fable 2 and Wallah! You've gotten a years worth of gold!(in fable not real life).

Re: A DrunkHero's guide to honest money-making.

thanks

Re: A DrunkHero's guide to honest money-making.

I do weapon trading. I earn gold through job and then buy the highest priced weapon(s) that I can afford from either Bowerstone blacksmith or Oakfield/Bowerstone Old Town weapon stalls. I run to Fairfax Gardens and sell to Weapon/Pistol/Rifle trader.

Usually nearly double my money. I just keep doing that and had $2M in gold before going to Westcliff with Hammer where usually my hero would only have like $50K from working/rents.

Once you get some real money to put into this it adds up quick.
