`A few questions.

I've been browsing these threads for a while now, and looking up as many videos and articles on fable 3 as I can find.
There are a few things that I want to know that I have not been able to find out.
So I was hoping you guys and girls could help me out.

1. In Fable 2 you could only have one child per wife, I found this annoying because I had to be a bigamist if I wanted a large family. Will you be able to have more then one child with your partner this time round?

2. I read that there is no limit to how powerfully you can charge up attacks in this game. Does that apply to casting will as well? Can I charge fireball for an hour straight in one of the towns and as Peter says "Nuke" everybody?

3. I've been looking at a lot of videos and have noticed that in some of the game play footage the protagonist's dog is different, I don't mean in terms of colour, i'm referring to actual breed. Will the player be able to choose his/her dog this time round or will it be similar to Fable 2 where a potion changes the dog.

4. In the multi-player part of the game I know there have been a lot of improvements but one thing I have yet to hear a peep about is PvP. Are we going to be able to duel it out? If some evil character pops into my world and attacks my people can I put him in his place or do I have to resort to booting him? that just seems a little... unfitting considering the lengths lionhead have gone to to remove menu's and non realistic options.

Any answers you guys have would be great, thanks!

You weren't limited to one child per wife even in Fable 2.

Yes, it applies to Will as well. However, I really doubt there will actually be some kind of massive explosion if you were to do that. It's all about numbers and the amount of damage that you're able to cause.

We haven't received any information on that other than we will be able to have different breeds.

We haven't heard anything about that either, but we're assuming it's not going to be included. Peter would have said something about it while getting excited over all of the other changes to multiplayer.

answers
1- you could have more than one child

2- spells only effect people (enemies/ villagers) so you could charge up a spell for an hour, but it wouldn't harm the town

3- The only other breed of dog I know is confirmed is the boxer as this is exclusive to the ltd edition of fable III

4- Other players can only enter your world if you allow them, if the system is similar to that of fable II you set the rules as they enter (spilt of money/ ability to attack villagers etc)

hope that helped

Re: `A few questions.

Thanks for clearing that up :)

Re: `A few questions.

They confirmed that the limited edition would have the boxer breed for the dog.

Didn't see his post. And I resent that.

I think the player should be able to destroy entire cities, including structures, with misuse of will powers. It didn't make sense to me that I could hurl millions of explosions at buildings and they'd still be left standing in Fable: TLC. It's made of wood, and fire's made of fire, so...
But sadly, the devs don't seem to agree.

If I had the ability to destroy structures there would be nothing left

Re: `A few questions.

I really like the idea of being able to destroy buildings!
I think that could really open up some possibilities in Fable 3. You could attack some settlement of rebels or something, burn their town to the ground and then with your kingly powers begin rebuilding it as you see fit.
The only issue with that would be... if you've spent a lot of time doing up your home in game, and some other player comes along and burns it down lol.

That is SO true! :D

However I do think I saw a building being "attacked" in the trailer...

its at 0:47 I think.... BUT if buildings are "destroyed" in the game then it'll probably be only in the cutscenes... And for all i know that fireball in the trailer might have not even left a mark. :'(

Re: `A few questions.

In the "Stick and Move" video some guy says that "anything in the world that is man-made can be destroyed". I don't entirely know what that includes. It could just mean boxes like Fable 2, or it could mean buildings (which I would assume are manmade).
