Supposedly :
1. Log into xbox live website.
2. Go to fable2.com
3. Play through the game and select a crown
4. You will be awarded a prize
5. Note : you should go back through the hero's tale twice more to get the other two crowns before you open the guild chest.
Now I say supposedly because I have researched this extensively, followed these exact steps and still haven't succeeded in opening the guild hall chest. Good luck!
