This is off-topic abecause I didn't know where to post it.
How do you call theese images(Words/Name in a picture)??I know they'r NOT banners(checked).I had a program that loads the image and then you type what you want but deleted it 2 months ago.

They are called signatures. Seph and Gikoku make them (I know there are others, don't worry) very well. They even have signature request threads where you can request them to make something. Seph is afk atm (I talk like that in real life too.) so if you want one Gikoku (or one of the other ones, lol please forgive me for not remembering who else does them) is probably your best bet..

You can download it legal from the offisial site.Edit your image with paint(size,example 320x90),and import it.Then type what u want.

haha thank you i found the site on accident a couple of hours ago but i didnt kno the dimensions. also i cant get the font to change... advice?

1.Choose a picture.
2.Open Paint.
3.Leave only the part which u want from the picture(see the size):

4.Type Anything u want.
5.Edit it more with paint(If u want).
