About the Pub Games

Alright so I hope this isn't spam and I probably sound stupid but I what do I do to get the pub games? I preordered Fable 2 and I don't think I got a code in my email about anything so do I go to EB Games and tell them I preordered it? I'm confused and if this is a stupid topic you people can just delete it.

just go to where you preordered and get the games. I just walked into gamestop and showed my receipt they had me the card with the code. but of course my marketplace live crapped out!!
