Ionno if this is in the right section forgive me if it is not. Anyhow I was wondering what happens exactly if I do not give that guy money? Does the town get bigger but stay thugish? Does it stay the same, is it deserted? Or what? Also if it does stay what are the merchant types there differing from a refined westcliff?

The town will stay the same way as you find it....

You may want to go ahead and invest the money...It will help you in the long run

Alrighty. does the tatoo guy stay or does he leave? I could never find him on my other playthroughs after i gave the money. oh and thanks man.

If you give the guy the money, the town gets a tavern, a shop (sells random stuff) 4 stalls and a weapon shop. Also you get alot of money if you buy the properties and rent them out.

I havnt played the game in 5 months as my game save broke so forgive me if my memory is a little....rusty XD

Alrighty thanks everyone. I can make do without the tattoo guy. They need more tattoos in the game.
