Achievements DLC

Hi just registered. I have the original 1000 achievements for this game. Unfortunately, however, my gamesave has corrupted twice.

Please could someone confirm or otherwise; do I need to complete the original game to finish the DLC, (See into the futre and Knothole Island?)

Nope, it's not possible. The following is copied from Fable wiki

Knothole Island:

Three new quests are added to the game by this DLC package, and each is unlocked after completing specific sections of the Fable II Main Quest:

• Knothole Island's Big Freeze, after completing The Bandit, part of The Birth of a Hero;
• Knothole Island's Huge Heat, after completing Road to Westcliff, part of The Hero of Will;
• Knothole Island's Drowning, after completing Stranded, part of The Hero of Skill.

See the Future:

When the Hero first approaches Murgo he will offer the Snowglobe for sale.

Once you complete the Snowglobe quest, and provided you have completed the Main Quest section Road to Westcliff, Murgo offers you a Cursed Skull.

To get The Vision you need to complete the game, and to get the Colosseum you need to complete The Vision.







However, there is a way to play the quests without completing the game. Download the free version, and play with someone who has the premium version in co op.

Eh the main story isn't that bad. Shouldn't be too tedious to go through it again. I was always annoyed that you had to get to certain points in the main story for Knothole. I understand the correlation with See The Future, but Knothole doesn't seem to rely as much on connections with the story. Idk, just seemed a little annoying to me.
