Menace to Society - strip down to your underwear and perform the 'vulgar thrust' expression to a crowd untill a guard comes to arrest you for indecent exposure.
The Ruler of Albion - I THINK this is the one where you have to amass a $2.5 property empire, just buy up every piece of property that you can find - Fairfax castle is worth $1 mill so thats a big help.
The goth - use dye to colour all your clothing and hair black, then go to a stylist and get them to put black makeup on your face.
The party animal - buy up all the alcohol you can from a barman, go somehwere busy and do some expressiosn to gather a crowd, then start gifting as many of the people as you can the alcohol, from recollection its pretty easy - I think you need to get three people drunk in 5 minutes whereas you can do it in 1 minute.
The Swinger - do this in bloodstone, visit all the prostitutes and accept their propositions, then when they're all following you go to the inn and choose to have sex, the cutscene should go for a bit longer but when its over you should have the acievement - plus a few STD's.
