I think if you get achivements that are good will make you good
And making bad decisions will give you bad points

Yes, lets say if you get an evil achievement such as killing innocent people then you would get corrupt or evil points.

I doubt it
I hope they reuse achievments from Fable 2 like
Evil Tyrant when you become an evil king and vice versa when you are good
