Ah, thank you but it says

  Would that mean I need to marry someone or just use expressions untill they love me?

Im pretty sure doing both will get it for you. Also remember to use the save and reload trick, so incase you dont get it the first time, you can get it the second or third time.

Is there a certain amount of people that you have to get to love you/ be your friend?

Also, do I have to have both people who love me and people who are my friends or do I just need to befriend people?

That ones pretty hard to get because of the roulette mechanism in the wep-morphing.
