Annoying Will Power Marks

I aquired 5 stars on every will spell, and then got sick of them and discarded them all back down to zero. I then traveled to Brightwood, to visit my family, and the Will Marks were still there!!! Please, someone help me!

Same thing happened to me for a while. If you deleted all of them though, they should disappear after a while. Usually upon reloading a new area. (Which you did?)
