Another Archealogists question??

I can not seem to find out where Gemstone Grotto is. Its not anywhere on my Regions list, and it sounds familiar, but i cant remember where its at...Can someone help?

go out of hobbe cave and swim to the right and you'll fight hollow men until you see a door at the end, enter the door and ur at he grotto
