any good ideas what to do?

ok im kinda bored since i finished the game i have all jobs at 5 stars almost all buildings bought including fairfax castle and max skills.so any javascript:PopupPic('screenshots/Knothole/Knight_Hobbe_Slayer_900.jpg');

Indeed they are, then go to the Temple of Light and donate millions of gold to get your purity up.

Then go on a killing spree again.
Rinse and repeat.
