^What he said. The "Explorer's" coat is pretty much the same one as the Highroller's coat.

it's listed as a separate item int he walkthrough though... doesn';t that mean anything?

No, Explorers Coat is the Highrollers coat, if you equip the outfit Explorers Outfit, the Highrollers Coat does not equip, you have to do it seperate. But anyways you get the Highrollers Coat in the Pub Games, or from other people.

The Fable 2 Pub Games arcade. You either get it from reserving Fable 2 or buy it for 800 MS points. You have to win the Rank 3 Fourtunes Tower Tounament.
