anyone else have problems unlocking achievements

I have all the expressions I have rechecked many many times, and for some reason it will not unlock anyone have any idea's .

Is your Skills and Abilities Maxed out and your Dog 5 Stars in Attacking and Treasure Hunting and know all his tricks?

Did the goth achivement on another xbox, did the exact same colors and whore the exact same clothes on this one but it doesn't unlock

I did notice it takes awhile for achievements to unlock on Fable 2.. I was getting my Cousin a few like "The Hoarder, The Dollcatcher, The Duelist, and The Romantic" Did everything, was walking around for like 30 minutes just talking to him then they decide to finally unlock. It was weird.
