Theres that goofy makeup. I, if im not mistaken, there should be some trousers that look jester-y... You might want to look in the fable wiki for a list of clothes.

I know there's the harlequin make up that I've got that kinda looks clownish...in a Kiss kind of way.

I suppose you're looking for those poofy pants and such? Because the noble men outfits would look great for that look if only it were available. :/
