the only website i know that'll give you the LE is ebay.
i'm not sure if it's reliable though.
i just ordered a ring and a poster from ebay anyways. lol.

Where you can buy one? I dunno...I think the Fable II Limited Collectors Edition comes with one. I've heard its pretty reliable.
