i told you that i needed help and no one really helped me they:realmad: told me to post a pic and i did my problem is texture editing i keep getting the error

Yeah, did you update that? Also, I hadn't noticed you posted a screenshot.

Fable Explorer requires a number of things to be properly setup on the user’s computer:

1. DirectX 9.0c installed
2. .NET Framework 2.0 installed
3. Graphics Card supporting 16bit W-Depth Buffering

If you have problems running Fable Explorer make sure your computer meets these requirements before asking for help.

plus i checked everything before i even installed FE

That error always comes up for me aswell, i always click continue anyways and its always worked alright for me lol

well when i click continue fable doesnt open and when i try save mods and rune fable again the error does not disp and my retexture doesnt work *sob*

calm down. you dont need to get angry. just be patient. someone will get to you eventually. and remember, your not the only one on the forums who has problems with that game. so dont expect someone to help you right away. there have been times when i waited 2 weeks for a reply, but when it came down too it, i finally got the help i needed. so just be patient

You gotta realize that there are less than 10 good, expieranced modders here. Many of them dont mod anymore, or just sporadically. Then you have people that have left for other things.

You should try Oblivion modding. It might be more your style. Also, I still would venture a guess that !33t speak is gonna help you there either.
