Archon`s Knot Tomb access problem.

Hi.
Tried to leap through the gap in the fence to access Archon`s Knot Tomb but there is a huge water font in the way..I have returned from the tattered spire and according to walkthroughs should be able to get through the gap. Do I have to destroy it or something?

you have to go through the story line a bit more, until you get to Bloodstone. Presumably the explosion from the Cullis gate clears the way, but technically you can't get back to Brightwood Tower until you make the journey through Wraithmarsh.
