Use the trainer in the stickied thread of Sephi or you can use this Mod of OldBoy to get all clothing,weapons and all style cards, include the Dark Wizard Hat.
Fable: The Lost Chapters Mod Scene: Finished Mods => 50 weapons, all clothing and all style cards

Note: This Mod may give you many unwanted things that couldn't drop or sell.
