armour rating / defense

There is a big question I have had about fable 2 since I first heard about it, and now that Im a registered member, I think I will ask it! In your standered RPG you take damage and you must find ways to take less damage, usualy armor. but this game does not take place in the dark ages, its the confederate times, in all the civil war movies I have seen, never did I see a big guy in all iron armor. Clothes dont stop bullets! So will they compensate for this with extra health, magic armor, defense gaining as you progress, or will they just mock the n00b's who dont know how to get out of the way?

big shiny metal plates will slow the bullets down. plus, this is, as you said, confeder8 times. not nearly as accur8 guns, nor as powerful(or pointy bullets)

yeah... though the armor is not powerfull enough to stop a sword.... but then again, neither was the armour in the dark ages... well, not really! I guess in the end, we will have more "toughness" and "heath" level ups like in the origional. or maybe some wacky enchanted armor

I thinks its sort of dumb that a hero can take a slice from a sword and still stand perfectly and wont bleed at all and thinks like leather armour stopping arrows, i dont think so (not with my aim

blah, armor is for cowards! ima have a female mage (hopefully they have mage robes)

So you would run around naked ME TOO nah id probably wear some black robes that look awesome with some tough armor underneath it (like a nazgul of LOTR) a sword and magic for the win

yeah, i think the mage thing is gonna be really good... lets see... you no longer scar the same way, so, no ugly female mages... should be mage armor, so, the hardcore look is there... now all we need is the fountan of youth from avo and skorm and we are good to go in our mage dictatorship

so does anybody know what kind of armor there is in fable 2? because other than the basic equipment you see the male character with, and the the equipment you see the female character wearing in one of the videos, (diary number 3 I think it is) I havent seen anything else, could I have missed anything?
