Yeh but dont you think it will be a bit russhed unless they dont make a better engine this time and it dosent say what platform its on either psp or somat could be

They have the base engine, only needs tweaks here and there and that doesnt take long at all. Re-designing an engine or creating a new one does though, but they have a great engine and dont need to change much. It will be on 360 & PS3 but will appear on handhelds in some form too no doubt.

I'm expecting it to be released fairly late in 2010 as well, like Fable 3. We don't even know if it is technically Assassin's Creed 3 yet either. Some say it is while others have heard rumors of it being called things like "Assassin's Creed 2: Episodes". Apparently it still stars Ezio, and the player will be in Rome for most of the game.

I think they might release their so called 'AC 2.5', which is meant to incorporate multiplayer, in late 2010 to give them an idea if multiplayer will work on a larger scale. Probably gonna save AC 3 for an early to mid 2011 release is my guess. Could be wrong tho. Daemon most likely already knows anyways lol :ninja:

ya thats wat i was gonna say. dont think its actually ac3. but i read somewhere ac3 was gonna be in released late 2012. i hope im wrong

^I don't think so either but seeing as there's no official name for it yet, that's what most people are calling it for now.

From what Ubisoft said it will be called Assassins Creed: Episodes.

^The name hasn't actually been confirmed yet. That's just the project title for right now.

Well the fact that they have given it a project title at all should remove the notion that theres any possibility at all of it being called Assassins Creed 2.5. =]
