Assassins?

Assassins?

Ok, so people are trying to kill me (just like they do in Fable 1) and I've got a couple of fragments of sketches from killing the assassins but I want to know what the ultimate point of it is? What do you get, if anything, if you find all the fragments?

Just curious really...

Oooh, could I really be the first to answer this? Epic.

Well, the sketch fragments that the Assassin's drop lead you to the Assassin's Guild, there are four different fragments to this, each one of which you must kill a different group of Assassin's for, and like I said, after you get all four, it reveals the location of their Guild, plus activates the quest "The Hit", in which you must travel there and dispose of the Assassin's leader to get them off your back.

You don't get a great deal from it all, sizeable chunk of renown, but at that point, it's probably maxed anyway, plus a trophy, but they're as useful as a chocolate teapot now, it's worth doing if only for the fact that there's a gargoyle in the guild, plus of course, it's a laugh slaughtering the so called best Assassin's in the land, single-handedly.

So there we go, really not much point to the whole thing, other than lengthening gameplay.

I completed this last night - was really weird, actually. All I got was two lots of fragment one and one of fragment three and then I killed one group of assassins and was told to go on The Hit quest - so I never got to see the map :lol:

I'll be honest though - I went through two resurrection potions thanks to four people using Assassin's Rush or whatever it's called and my cleaver getting glitched in someone's head. But it was nice to have that extra little something to do whilst I wait for my rent money to come in

I have found all of them too and i had no idea what the do.

its a good quest to do just cause you stop getting attacked when you're in the middle of a town

But, I really do hate those assassins, they killed my husband! I was, strangely, really sad when they did. But, its also really annoying, because when they do attack you in the middle of town, the people around you get that ++fear from you.
