Well you first need to get Fable Explorer (in the New to Modding Fable sticky is the link to it) Download and save attachment, then bring up Fable explorer, go to Load Mod Package (top left corner) Go to file you saved it in and double click on attachment. Finally hit Actions, Save mods, Run Fable, and Voila! Hope I helped you out!
