what is the best kind of augment and weapon? and where can i get them

That all comes down to opinion. Personally, I would go for a Master Katana with Ghoul & Lucky Charm, but if you tell me what do you want your weapon to do (Heal you, gold for kills, more attractive ect.) then I could probably give you a weaponmore suited to you. Bear in mind, Augments can't do everything.

i want a weapon with a high speed and high damage rate. for the augment i need something that can deal damage to the enemy

Then I'd go with a Master Katana with Ghoul and Lucky charm. It's the fastest type of weapon, deals very decent damage, Luck Charm lets you deal out more damage and take less, and Ghoul gives you health every time you hit an enemy. Or you could use Devastation, but I think that might only be on the Legendaries.

Summary: Master Katana (2 Slot): Ghoul, Lucky Charm. Much easier to get than Devastation(If at all)
