Aurora Weapon Shop

Okay... This is seriously freaking me out.

Anyways, I kept my promise to rebuild Aurora, and all the shops and stalls were opened... all BUT ONE!
The Auroran weapon shop's door was closed, even after I rested to Midday and fast-traveled there. I didn't know what to do, so I bought the shop, and the door opened upon purchase... As I walk in the shop, there are NO WEAPONS! Nothing is in there except four little squares on the floor where (I'm guessing) the mannequins holding the weapons would be...

My question is... WTF!?

Yeah.
Everybody lived. I had to donate 3 million gold, but everybody lived.

Is this some kind of freaky glitch or something? Has nobody else had this happen to them really!?
