If you're not aware, we had an election yesterday, and the outcome is somewhat surprising. around 80 percent of the votes have been counted, and the most likely result is a hung parliament. This is good news, now hopefully the major parties will smarted up and stop treating us like idiots.

Well, considering the Greens have the balance of power in both houses (sort of), it looks possible. Someone just has to introduce it.

That is, of course, if the Federal Government is allowed to legislate with repsect to media, which I'm not sure about. I'll do some research.
