I made a new good profile and gave up my sword of aeons cuz I knew I would get a sword called avo's tear, I beat the game and I still dont have it...yes im playing on TLC

I think from what I've read, you have to accept a quest that allows you to get it. Have you tried going to the Hero's Guild to look for a new quest?

that's really strange that you beat the game and never got it...
what should happen is after fighting jack, you should go to Lookout Point and the guildmaster should tell you some story about another sword as powerful as the sword of aeons... or something like that...
then you go to the guild, ransack maze's quarters for a book, then go find it at that monument to the 4 dead heros...
