Babies after sex change?

I started off with a female character and used the sex change potion.

Been doing the nasty unprotected and can't seem to make her preggers.

She is the undead woman from LOVE hurts quest and I'm a trans, can we make this work?

After taking the sex change potion you function as that sex from that point on. So if you started female and took the potion you should be able to have children with women. The one you mentioned seems to be particularly difficult to conceive with in my game, potion or not. Still, it's been done- good luck.

Yup, the vast majority of my horde of little anklebiters were produced after I took the sex change potion - it shouldn't affect your fertility whatsoever. Just get yourself another missus if this one is no good

From what i've notced if you have a baby bed in the house you can't have another until it's 1 birthday.

Try taking the Fairfax Castle Mission.
1.) Complete the Game.
2.) Purchase Fairfax Castle (G1.000.000)
3.) Sleep in the Regal Bed.
4.) Complete Protecting Fairfax Castle
5.) Retrieve your "reward."

Depends on the sex she likes....

On my evil guy, I started male, took the potion, and lady grey went bi.

On my good guy, I had alex, did not take the potion, and she divorced me later...
