Bank Idea.

Okay well i was just thinking about some stuff that would be cool if it was in Fable 2 and i think that it would be nice if there was a bank. That way you can leave money in it and get intrest. I mean if they have real estate and all of that they should have a bank. But you could leave anything in your bank from a weapon to some gold. And than you can go to your other character and get it out from the bank. That way there would be a way less risk of getting scammed out of a weapon.

Transferring items to and from intra gamertag characters would make it more easy than it already is, and without that option, a bank is redundant.

I guess that is right. But point being i just think that they should of made the game better for X-Box Live and thought about all of these things. That is why i post ideas and stuff. And people from Lion Head are always watching these forums that's how they make there games better.

on the mmo i'm playing, there is a 'Courier' you can leave your extra items or money with, and they are available for your other characters on that server to use too, so you can start a new character with a little bit of a boost

Yeah..... but is it needed? I mean.... Fables not hard is it? Its not like even the first 2-3 hours are a struggle, and after about 3 hours game time its pretty easy to have enough gold you'll never need worry again..

But yeah I like the idea, sounds a bit like runescape though. If they made a bank, the might aswell go the whole way and get a trading system put in.

Keep in mind, this game was designed for "Casual" gamers, some of which do struggle alittle bit. there is a way to boost the fundage on ur other chars anyway. get a char with some bulk dosh, buy as many master weps as you can, co-op your new char profile, set all your money to the henchman, and sell sell sell!!! voila, ur new char has more money than he/she can handle. same goes for XP. buy some of the stronger XP potions, set the the XP all for the henchman, and drink up!!! there u go, bank is officially redundant

It's so much better than putting all of your hopes and trust into someone you met off of a website!

I mean if your game was gllitched and you wanted to start a new one with all of your belongings in it from the previous game you could just put them into the bank then go into your new game and take them out!

in this game a bank is not needed, as you can carry as much gold and as many items as you wish, and owning your real estate is basically like your intrest

I think the idea of a bank to earn more money/store money = not such a great idea, however..
A storage area (like the one already in Bowerstone Old Town) to store money & items and trade them between alts = top stuff...

I have way too many weapons and items that I carry around with me (im a hoarder) and when I need to gift something, use an item or weapon it takes me forever to search for the one I need, granted I could just sell the additional items I have but having a storage means I can just carry the items I want with me and still have my stockpile of stuff to muck around with.

Well Fable II isn't a mmo, I'm sorry but people need to stop trying to make it sound like a mmo. Banks arn't really needed at all. There's no limit on how much you can carry. What really is needed is a trade system. Because the only way you could get the dolls is by exchanging with people on xbox live. Gifting isn't a very good exchange system imo.

Trade system? Maybe start a post on trustable players, that volunteer, to help people.
Although we have had a few that really try to help, and give out free gifts. Every time someone helps me I give them a lot of free stuff, when I start a new profile.

Well that's good there's alout of trusted people. But try trading outside of the forum. Before I knew about the forum I traded someone 2 dolls for a wrekager, They just ended up screaming "PWNED" on there mic and ran away...

I help people when I can, and put a price tag on it when people offer me stuff. If they cant afford my target, depending on what it is they want Ill give them it for free, like achievements, etc.

Yes there are a lot of mean players, running off. I had that happen once with a Red Dragon. Now I take the time to find a friend that doesn't rip me off. I have a few, and I help them also, when they want a new profile.

Yep that's exactly what I try to do now, I befriend someone before I trade with them. Since there are some extremely people who are so greedy about pixel. But like sometimes it's unexpected. Like I was friends with someone on live for 3 months we always talked. Then he just takes off with my reaver doll and blocks me. I guess pixel dolls are more important then friends to some people

The way that the "Bank" thing is really ment to work is to store your weapons and every thing instead of putting all your trust into some one else that way you can just put it there switch profiles than get it. Not really ment to just keep all your money.

I thought you were rather trusting when you gave me all of your items to transfer, including a HRC and Wreckager. I knew that if I was different, I could easily have just ran with them (obviously I wasn't I'm not like that )

First was when I was a noob and someone said they'd trade my lucien doll for a red dragon, and the second was a few days ago when my mate said his friend wanted to trade my red dragon for his 20m, he ran off with my stuff which was LOL because his orb started running, and I chased his orb so he logged out LOL. But yeah anyway, he removed me and my mate and has been gone ever since.

I make a list of the stuff I need back, and give them the rest of my stuff, they want. I just want one of every doll back, and a wreckager,Red Dragon, and a Daichi. One of all five star colors, and a couple of outfits. My hero must look good. No pauper clothes, please.

Becuase I trust you , But even if you decided to take everything, Which I think you never would. I really wouldn't like care so much. I mean it's just a game really . 2 kids in my school got into a fist fight becuase one of them stole the others Garth doll. It's just sad how pixels bother people so much..
