Banshee in temple of shadows?

I've sided with the temple of light, gone to the spire and returned and their is only shadows and hollow men. Where is the banshee?

The Banshee should be to the left when you enter the Temple of Shadows' main hall. I believe, if memory serves well, near the three tables/chairs.
