beat the game! what happened 2 The Sick Child!?

so ive recently beat (meaning i beat the dragon) Fable TLC on the computer (for like the 4th time) and im trying to do everything u can possibly do, includinggg Bronze Quests! Im trying to do the Sick Child quests but i cant find the witch, the sick kid or the lady at the Picnic Area!!! plz, help a brotha out!

You will find her in Bowerstone Quay or Borwerstone South near the child.

why is there a bunch of bronze quests missing!????

did you beat the game before trying to do this quest? because you might be permanently SOL.

Maybe you can spend some time trying to find the Singing Sword or the
Sandgoose.
