Bethesda Announces New Fallout 3 DLC

Bethesda today announced two new pieces of downloadable content for Fallout 3, coming this coming June and July for Xbox 360 and PC; one of which you might even recognise from the one rumoured last month.
The first of two newly announced episodes, Point Lookout throws players into a massive swampland area promising new quests and content to tide you over. Point Lookout will cost the usual 800 Microsoft Points and be available in late June.

Was just reading about this and also the DLC is coming to PS3 Bethesda have announced.

Operation: Anchorage, The Pitt and Broken Steel - formally available only for PC and Xbox 360 - will be released on PSN beginning in June. 'Point Lookout' and 'Mothership Zeta' will be released "4-6 weeks apart" Both new packs will arrive on PS3 "after the first three DLCs have been released.

This is Incredible ;
I have the 9 pieces of DLC for Oblivion; and am Very Pleased and Excited that Bethesda are seeming to Support Fallout 3 in a Similar way;
The 2nd piece of DLC for Fallout 3 was Great; but the 3rd is Much Better; and I Welcome any further developments

I dont mind it for the DLC that could be classed as an expansion like most the DLC for Fallout 3. However for a couple of extra levels/maps or some Horse Armour (Oblivion) i think its criminal to charge for them.

Horse armour was utter turd. The fallout stuff looks pretty solid though, i haven't tried any yet

inform us on game newsa but try to limit to 2 a week becausde the gaming section is more about talking bout other games. It is obvious you are rep huntig, and it is likely to reduce your chances of getting rep

Who me? I'm not rep hunting. I only post stories that I find interesting or that I think others would like to hear (I don't really like Fallout 3 or FPS much, my brother plays them.) So I just post the news. There are a million (more) different news topics I could've posted.

Fallout 3 is excellent and one of the best RPG's around. :O

Plus you have 3 FPS titles and 2 3rd person shooters in last played games. :lol:

I don't play the xbox a lot

I agree that Fallout 3 is awesome, but I'm a weird sort of gamer. If my brother plays a game first, it puts me off because it's "His Game" so I don't play it. It doesn't mean I don't like the game, I love watching him play. I'm weird like that.

Most of the games on my achievement list that are platform are mine, including Dark Sector. I think that game is amazing but it's really old so nobody plays online. I played the Godfather cause I liked the idea of having your own organised mafia running around and um, I've never played CoD5 but I play CoD4 from time to time cause I think it's fun even though it's "my brother's game"

Save yourself the waste of time and dont bother. Single player is good but multiplayer shouldnt even be worthy to sit in the shadow of COD 4's.

Aye my brother has a way with words when playing xbox. "WHAT THE F***" "YOU LAGGY PIECE OF S***" etc. He especially screams at CoD5 and says CoD4 is better. He's the sort of person who got prestige 10 highest rank on both games within 10 days or something. Y'know, thinks he knows whats what

One thing I do hate though, is chavs get an xbox at my school and a few games like CoD5 and they think they're god's gift to gaming. Whenever people would talk about gaming before they started, it'd be "Oh what a load of geeks" or something like that. Now you cant get them to shut up, seriously. But enough of my ranting :lol:

The weapons just feel unbalanced and weak compared to COD 4, levels arent as good, vehicles unbalance play too and the lag issues are worse than COD 4.

Back to topic at hand though, i am looking forward to even more DLC for Fallout 3 as ive already put well over 100 hours into that game so far.

We'd get all of the DLC too, but our character has been snuffed out of the game. We went in to some guys bed room and the door locked behind us. So we waited like 20 in game days and he never came back once, so we're stuck in this diddy room.
