Betwazzling Time Control...glitch...

Thank your Barnum's Thesaurus for funny B word...but I have a glitch where my Time is frozen. Whenever I travel sleep or any other automatic way of time alteration my game will turn to appropriate time...but other than that whenever I walk around or play the game my time will stick to...like if im in brightwood at 2 pm and no matter how long that I stay there it will be 2 pm when I fastravell to say bowerstone it will stick to say...8 pm...I can only change time through sleeping and Travelling other than that Day is frozen...pain in the neck...how can I fix it without restarting with new char?

Hmm... heres a guess, did you use the time money cheat, the one where you fast forward a year? If you did then maybe something went wrong, if not then it might just be a bad bug.

try doing a few quests Or jobs or walking from town to town. That happend to me once, but I can't remember if it was with 1 of my 4 glitched chars or my current...
