For some time now the black mail quest have been haunting me, not on all my characters, only a few and I found that a bit weird, The blackmail letters are always signed "D". In the quest you have to meet Kenneth under a bridge in bowerstone where you will give him 1000 gold pieces so that he in return won't tell your wife that you're cheating on on her. When you give Kenneth the gold he says "Lord Darius won't kill me for another month". Then leaves. For some reason this name didn't ring any bells at all before I wikied bandits, here is what I found out:

Darius Zing is the leader of the Highwaymen's guild. He is more powerful than all other Highwaymen. He is able to block off routes and use a super fast move, much like Assassin Rush. Lord Lucien employs the highwaymen's guild to kill the hero after he escapes the Tattered Spire for the first time. After the Hero finds the four map pieces, he/she gets the quest The Hit, to kill Darius and end the Highwaymen's guild.

So if you've had problems with Kenneth you need to gather the 4 map pieces from your Highwaymen Assassins and take out Darius.
