Bloodstone Game Master

I'm trying to get the Gambler achievement, but I am unable to locate the Bloodstone Game Master. I've checked the Waterfront and everywhere from the entrance up to the mansion and can not find him. Now, I went on a rampage here a few days ago and killed everyone. It is possible I killed him, does he not respawn?

Possible you killed him but you should be able to just go somewhere else and sleep for 7 days till he reappears. You could also try fortunes tower as that's a pretty easy one to win with...

he should be sat right out side the pub in bloodstone. If you killed everyone (and who hasn't) travel for a bit and return, (I don't mean just leave and come straight back)

Trust me guys, I have traveled FAR and WIDE for months at a time and he hasn't come back. But I ended up winning big in Fortune's Tower, so problem solved.

Yup, I only suggested it because my first play through I was trying to get the 'play all pub games' part and I unlocked it with fortunes tower. It's just not as sure a thing as bloodstone. Kudo's on winning, let us know if he ever comes back XD
