Bloodstone Glitch. HELP!

I got the strange glitch that when i come into bloodstone i can't withdraw my weps. and i cant talk to anyone i can interact with those door sign thingys can somebody please help me
it started when i talked to Reaver and he said i needed more renown

EDIT; oh and everytime i want to travel it says i need to wait untill the scene is over

are you sure your secene with reaver is entirely over??????? like completely sure he's not waiting for you to say something else or anything?

Try walking through Wraithmarsh and using the cullis gate to go back to Brightwood. That might be far away enough to clear it up.

dont post on this thread its old and the only thing you can do to fix it is by starting another char

I fixed it by standing outside Reaver's door until I heard him yell at and shoot the sculptor in there...
