Bloodstone Loading Freeze

I have had it on one of my characters my theory is that i went to xbox dashboard whilst it was saving possibly making the memory corrupt please help!

Doesn't it usually say if your memory is corrupt though?

Has your XBox overheated?

That can corrupt some discs.O.o
