He's been a constant nuisance for quite some time now, and when he sent me a not-so-nice PM that was the final straw.
I just gave him an time out though, he wasn't permanently banned, so he might be back and if he behaves it will stay that way.

As Tsuyu has said, he is more than welcome to return but he needs to drop the attitude if he's going to get anywhere with others on this site.
