bowerstone help!!

does anyone know how to open the door one the left side of bowerstone when u first enter the town?? its right next the town guard and a carriage rider.

You can't open it from outside. You must go to the canal and swim to the left (south, I believe) . On the east side of the canal is a dive spot that will take you to the room with the Silver Key. Once you get the key, then the door will open and let you out of the room, since you can't go back the way you came.....
